Job Summary:
We're looking for passionate Web developers across all levels, who will work closely with the development teams on the entire PHP stack along with various languages, frameworks, open-source libraries, web servers, and optimization. Someone with a growth mindset who wants to challenge themselves to grow as a technical leader and take on new responsibilities and acquire new skills. What you will be doing:
- Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications
- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
- Collaborate the entire web application development life cycle right from the concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Involve in complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Write clean code and maintain proper coding standards
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
- Debug existing Code and Refactoring as requested and involved in root cause analysis
- Doing unit-level testing for the tasks that have been developed by you
- Active Participation in all agile ceremonies
- Playing the role of a team player
What you bring:
- 1-5 years of experience working in PHP
- Strong grasp of web development open source: CSS, HTML, PHP5, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery
- Must have outstanding coding skills and should be very strong in PHP, MySQL, Ajax, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, XML, Restful API programming, third-party tools, and amazing debugging skill
- Strong experience working with MVC frameworks like Codeigniter, CakePHP, Laravel, Zend, Symfony, Yii, etc.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Familiarity with SQL databases and their declarative query languages and profiling and query optimization
- Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, internet security
- Basic understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Ability to take ownership to identify and resolve issues, toward successful conclusions
- Creative and efficient problem solver
Added bonus if you have:
- Working With Microservices-based architecture.
- Working with NoSQL Database such as Redis, Mongo DB, and Elastic search.
- Working with Magento 1 or 2 would be an added advantage.
- Working with Agile methodology.
- Familiar with DevOps processes and Practices.
